Η νεοσύστατη δισκογραφική Macro Hits φέρνει στο προσκήνιο ενεργά και ξεχωριστά μέλη της ηλεκτρονικής σκηνής της Λατινικής Αμερικής με την κυκλοφορία της συλλογής Sudor Vol.1. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, λοιπόν, ζητήσαμε από τον Παραγουανό DJ και μουσικό παραγωγό Ariel Me Llamo να «γράψει» ένα δικό του mix για να μας βοηθήσει να γνωρίσουμε τον ήχο και το ύφος του. Συγκεκριμένα, χαρακτηρίζεται ως ένας από τους πυλώνες και πρωτοπόρους της εγχώριας σκηνής, αριθμώντας στο ενεργητικό του διάφορα πετυχημένα projects.

Ως P. Lopez, ο Ariel έτρεξε τα LPZ Records, Sequence Club και Fin Del Mundo, τα οποία επηρέασαν τρομερά την ανάπτυξη και τη διεύρυνση διαφορετικών μορφών μουσικής έκφρασης στη χώρα. Το αποτέλεσμα αυτού; Να αναγνωριστεί η δουλειά του ως κληρονομιά κι έμπνευση για ποικίλες γενιές ακροατών. Πέραν της συνεχούς παρουσίας του εντός συνόρων, έχει καταφέρει να παρουσιάσει τον ήχο του και σε δημοφιλή μέρη, μετρώντας παράλληλα κυκλοφορίες σε Aeonic και Counterchange και μερικές ακόμα δημιουργικές συνεργασίες με καλλιτέχνες ανά τον κόσμο.
Στο τώρα, είναι υπεύθυνος για το Tango club στην Ασουνσιόν «κεντράροντας» στην techno και είναι μέλος της δισκογραφικής Inbetween και του latin-pop συγκροτήματος Yukka. Ταυτόχρονα, ασχολείται με παραγωγές σε house και hip hop ήχο πίσω από τα ψευδώνυμα Demian και B.H.S. The newly formed record label Macro Hits gathers the most active and distinct members of Latin America’s electronic scene in the Sudor Vol.1 compilation. Therefore, we asked the Paraguayan DJ and music producer Ariel Me Llamo to prepare a mix in order to help us get in touch with his sound and style. Specifically, he is characterized as one of the pillars and pioneers of his country’s scene and counts in his assets various successful projects.

Starting as P. Lopez, Ariel ran LPZ Records, Sequence Club and Fin Del Mundo, which greatly influenced the development and expansion of different forms of musical expression in his country. And the result of this? His work being recognized as a legacy and inspiration for diverse generations of listeners. In addition to his constant presence within the borders, he has also managed to bring his sound in popular places abroad, while counting releases in Aeonic and Counterchange and some further creative collaborations with artists around the world.
Currently, he is in charge of the techno-oriented Tango club in Asunción and a member of the record label Inbetween and the Latin-pop band Yukka. Meanwhile, he is involved in productions in house and hip hop behind the profiles of Demian and B.H.S. His tremendous flexibility, finally, offers him the freedom to evolve and expand the boundaries of his sound, while his work encourages emerging and existing artists to showcase their creations.
